Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Intrepid Prime (“Intrepid Prime,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our website at intrepidprime.com, our marketing activities, and our sales process.
Use of the KYRO product is governed by the Self-Serve Terms of Service or a Master Services Agreement, as applicable, each of which addresses the handling of Customer Content submitted through the product.
Intrepid Prime is a business-to-business company. We do not sell products or services to individual consumers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you provide.
- Business contact information you submit through Site forms — name, work email, company, title, phone number, and any message or context you include.
- Any additional information you provide during demos, sales calls, pilot discussions, or when you request a Legal Intel Brief.
Information collected automatically.
- Technical information about your visit — IP address, approximate geographic location derived from IP, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referrer URL, and time and date of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6 below.
Information from third parties.
- Business contact information from public professional networks (such as LinkedIn), conference attendee lists, referral sources, and commercially available business databases, in each case used to qualify or enrich outreach.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiries, demo requests, Brief requests, and Trial requests;
- provide and improve the Site and to understand how it is used;
- communicate with you about Intrepid Prime's products, including newsletters, product updates, event invitations, and pilot opportunities (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email);
- evaluate fit for a potential customer, partner, or investor relationship;
- maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and investigate suspicious activity;
- comply with applicable law and respond to legal process;
- exercise, establish, or defend legal claims; and
- carry out corporate transactions, including due diligence for financings or M&A.
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate our business and the Site — for example, website hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, document signing, and payment processing. These vendors are contractually limited to using personal information only to provide their services to us.
- Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, in each case subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Corporate transactions. In connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
- Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intrepid Prime, our customers, or the public.
- With your direction. At your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, in either case as those terms are used in U.S. state privacy laws.
4. How long we keep information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to:
- longer retention where required by law or to exercise, establish, or defend legal claims;
- longer retention for contact records associated with active or potential customer relationships;
- routine deletion of inbound form submissions that do not result in a qualified conversation, generally within 24 months; and
- your right to request earlier deletion, as described in Section 7 below.
5. Security
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards include access controls, encryption of data in transit, vendor diligence, and routine review of access rights. No system is perfectly secure; we do not warrant that personal information will never be accessed or disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this policy.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand aggregate visitor patterns. The cookies we use fall into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function, including for security and form submission.
- Analytics. Used to understand how visitors use the Site in the aggregate (for example, Google Analytics). You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings or through opt-out tools provided by the analytics vendor.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies; blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law with respect to personal information we hold about you. These may include the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale of your personal information, of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, of targeted advertising, and of certain profiling (as noted, we do not engage in any of these activities); and
- appeal our response to a privacy request.
To exercise a right, email privacy@intrepidprime.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request using information we already hold about you (such as confirming access to the email address used for prior correspondence) and respond within the time required by applicable law, typically 45 days. We do not discriminate against individuals who exercise privacy rights.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority.
8. State-specific disclosures
Maryland. We recognize opt-out preference signals from browser-based universal opt-out mechanisms (such as Global Privacy Control) where applicable. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, these signals generally have no effect on our processing, but we will honor them if our practices change.
California. California residents have the rights described in Section 7. We have not sold or shared personal information (as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act) in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Other states. If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, the rights described in Section 7 are available to you to the extent required by that law.
9. International visitors
Intrepid Prime operates from the United States and stores personal information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your personal information to, and processing in, the United States, which may have data protection rules different from those of your country. We do not currently target our services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If we begin doing so, this policy will be updated to address the corresponding legal requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice on the Site.
